Don’t wait till after the show to buy these Shakespearean actors a drink.
At “Much Abrew About Nothing,” you can pass them a pint mid-show if you like their act.
Or if you think they need to loosen up, try it, too.
“If they don’t like a performer, buy ’em a drink. Maybe they’ll get better,” said Allison Epperson, one of the co-founders of Missoula’s Shakespeare Under the Influence.
The troupe formed last year and has adapted the works of one of history’s greatest writers for “the masses,” in this case, the bar-time crowd.
They’ve done “Two Drunks of Verona.” “Mid-drunken Night’s Dream,” and have another as-yet-untitled play for September.
